Gemondo 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Every order that leave Gemondo is covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. The parcel leave with a A4 document with the following information on it.

We strongly recommend that you send all items back to us by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (traceable service) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (fully insured service). Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, please telephone customer services on 0870 803 4366, or email customer@gemondo.com for advice on how to proceed. Please have your invoice and this packing sheet available when you ring us.

We try at all times to please our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Gemondo purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement (same item) or refund.

You will receive a replacement (stock permitting) or a refund from Gemondo within 21 days. Returns after 30 days of receipt are subject to normal trading regulations.

Security Tags
All items are security tagged for your protection and hygiene. By removing the security tag you are accepting the item, which then becomes non-returnable.

Gold and stone weights
All our jewellery is of the highest quality, and has been hand finished and polished.
This results in some small variations in weight of stones and gold.
